Welcome to our annual 20 in their 20s feature. Crain's New York Business will highlight 20 up-and-coming professionals under 30 years old. This group will represent the next generation of leaders in the five boroughs and will have a proven track record to show their work can improve the lives of all New Yorkers in the years to come. 

To be eligible, a nominee must be working in the New York metro area and be 29 years old or younger as of June 9, 2024. 

The deadline to nominate an individual for 20 in their 20s is March 29, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. EST.

Honoree notification: 20 in their 20s honorees will be notified by phone or email approximately 5 weeks before publication. Please note that we do not notify all applicants, only those we have chosen to include.
